Hauteur du soleil: 18°20
Arc peu lumineux, diffus, (diamètre des gouttes d'eau) semblant frapper ce très sympathique immeuble du Second Empire(1856).
En médaillon, notons la présence de ces deux personnages se croisant dans le cône d'arc: l'un en rouge, face au soleil ignore le phénomène, l'autre de dos, au parapluie, en jaune ignore tout autant l'éphémère phénomène qui se produit juste au-dessus de sa tête; par contre il voit...peut-être devant lui "son" arc en ciel.
